Common questions about the demo
Who from FirstPass will be on the call?
Usually a founder plus one of the engineers or sales engineers, depending on your questions. We don't run sales-rep-only demos — the people who built it are the people you'll talk to.
Do we need to share real call recordings?
No. The sample roleplay we run during the demo doesn't require any of your existing data. If you want to discuss how your real recordings would flow through the system, we can — but it's optional.
What happens after the demo?
If you want to move forward, we set up a pilot — typically 4–6 weeks with a single team. If not, we'll send a short follow-up summarizing what we showed and step back. No nurture sequence.
