Signing in

FirstPass uses passkeys, not passwords.

A passkey lives on your phone or computer and unlocks with Face ID, Touch ID or your device PIN. There is nothing to remember and nothing to phish.

Your first sign-in

  1. Open the invite email from FirstPass and tap the link. It works once and lasts seven days.
  2. Choose Create passkey and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your device PIN.
  3. From then on, choose Sign in with a passkey on the website or Sign in with passkey in the app.

On the website you can also sign in with Google, Yahoo or your company’s single sign-on. The iPhone app signs in with a passkey only, so if you normally use Google or single sign-on, add a passkey first: sign in on the website, open Profile, and choose Add a passkey.

Lost passkey

New phone, or lost your passkey?

If you use iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager, your passkey usually moves to a new phone on its own. If it didn’t, there are two ways back in.

You have a recovery code
Recover it yourself
On the sign-in page, choose Lost your passkey?, enter your work email and one of your recovery codes, then make a new passkey.
No recovery code
Ask your admin
Your FirstPass admin can reset your sign-in, which emails you a new setup link. Or email us and we’ll help.
The iPhone app

Using FirstPass on your phone.

The app is for people whose organization uses FirstPass. It uses the same account as the website and signs in with a passkey.

Voice practice
Microphone access
Voice calls need the microphone. If you said no, turn it on in Settings › FirstPass › Microphone. Text calls work without it.
Meeting prep
Briefs and reminders
Meeting briefs appear once your organization turns on Meetings and you connect your calendar. Allow notifications to get a reminder before customer meetings that have a brief ready.
Your account and data

Your data, your call.

Your organization controls your FirstPass account. To change your access or remove your account, ask your FirstPass admin, or email support@myfirstpass.com. For data access or deletion requests, write to data@myfirstpass.com.

Read how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy and Security overview, and the Terms of Service.
