Things buyers ask before they reach out.

Why isn't pricing on the page?

Pricing depends on team size, call types, and whether co-definition is part of the engagement — there isn't a single number that maps cleanly. A 30-minute demo gets to a real number faster than a tier card with asterisks.

Can we try it before committing?

Yes. Demo includes a sample roleplay using a persona built around your sales motion — your team sees the tagged review live, not a generic walkthrough. Pilots run 2–4 weeks for teams that want to validate before signing.

Can we switch tiers later?

Yes, in either direction. Most teams start in Team and move to Enterprise once compliance or LMS integration becomes a requirement. Starter is built for teams under ten reps; once you grow past that, Team is the natural next step.

What happens to our data if we stop using FirstPass?

Your transcripts, scores, and configuration are exportable at any point — during the engagement and at termination. We don't hold data hostage. For Enterprise customers, data residency and retention policies are configurable.

Is the score used for performance reviews?

No — that's intentional. Practice scores are designed for calibration and feedback, not HR-level performance evaluation. Reps practice harder when the score isn't going on a record, and we recommend keeping it that way.

Does FirstPass train on our call data?

No. Your data stays yours. The AI customer simulator is prompt-engineered with your product and persona context — not fine-tuned on your team's calls. Annotation happens on a separate calibration corpus, not on your sessions.
